Im Bereich Stanzpaketieren hat Hölzel eine Lösung entwickelt, welche die Produktivität gegenüber der herkömmlichen Methode um 100 % erhöht. Ein patentiertes Verfahren für das Ein- und Ausrücken der Paketierstempel ermöglicht Produktionsgeschwindigkeiten von bis zu 1.400 Hübe/min. In der Hölzel-eigenen Stanzteileproduktion arbeiten erfahrene Werkzeugmacher rund um die Uhr an hervorragend ausgerüsteten Präzisions-Schnellläuferpressen. Auf Kundenwunsch übernimmt Hölzel die Serienproduktion einschließlich der gesamten Logistik vom Materialeinkauf über die Galvanik, zur produktgerechten Verpackung bis hin zum sicheren Transport und der termingerechten Lieferung. Zu den Kunden von Hölzel zählen Hersteller aus der Elektro-, Telekommunikations-, Fahrzeug- und Uhrenindustrie. Ein sehr breit gefächertes Gebiet stellt die Feinwerktechnik dar, in der Hölzel einerseits als verlängerte Werkbank fungiert und andererseits komplette Kundenkonstruktionen in der Fertigung umsetzt.
